Pensacola Real Estate Market Trends

Pensacola Real Estate Market Trend Report 6 January 2020

The Pensacola area market started off the new year with 970 single-family homes for sale.  This is a very low volume of homes for sale as to the number of buyers looking for homes in the area.  As of 6 January, there were reported 13 single-family homes sold. Due to the holiday season, many records were not updated to reflex the correct number of homes sold. My next week's report will show a higher number of homes sold in the total Pensacola area.  There were 59 new listed homes for sale for the new year with 23 foreclosures in the home inventory also for sale.

Santa Rosa County Market includes Gulf Breeze, Pace, and the Milton area

There were 623 single-family homes for sale starting off the new year.  As of 6 January, there were reported 13 homes sold.  There were 7 foreclosures in the home inventory for sale.
